Hi Shiran, I have just discovered your upside down banana cake – it looks absolutely delicious and I can’t wait to make it – I have been invited to this year’s Thanksgiving feast and this will be my contribution – made somewhat larger as it has to feed 20 people. Wish me luck. I will be looking in on more of your recipes. Thanks a lot. Maria, London England.

Hi Maria! Thank you for the lovely comment 🙂 Follow the recipe precisely and you’ll be fine! You can also bake it in a round pan and cut the bananas into coins. By the way, I’ve just been to London and had the best time ever! Such an amazing place 🙂 Anyway, good luck!

Hi shiran! What frosting doesn’t melt easily and is suitable for tropical climate?one that’s stiff.

Hi Rona, try this classic buttercream recipe, or this Swiss meringue buttercream.
