This is a classic mayo and ketchup based burger sauce, similar to homemade Thousand Island dressing or Mac Sauce.
Combine all ingredients into a bowl. If you prefer an extremely smooth consistency, you can add the ingredients to the bowl of a food processor and process 15-30 seconds until ultra smooth.
Let the sauce sit in the refrigerator for 30 minutes so the flavors meld together. Add to your burgers and enjoy!
Store any additional sauce in an airtight container in the refrigerator for up to 4 days for best results.
*Ketchup: We prefer to use Trader Joe's organic ketchup as it does not contain high fructose corn syrup. Try to use a ketchup without HFCS sugars.
