Hey, I love your recipes and the chocolate fudge cookies were amazing. I would like to make a suggestion though, it would be nice if you had the calories or nutritional facts with some of your recipes for the people who like to know them. It might be alot of work, but if you could that would be great. 🙂
Hi Emily 🙂 Thank you for your sweet comment! I’m glad you liked my cookies! I appreciate your advice and I always try my best to give my readers all the information they need, but for now most of my recipes are decadent desserts anyway 🙂 If you want, you can easily copy the ingredients to a calorie counter that would give you all the information you need.
I did lemon tart so far and fell in love with it. I prepared lemon curd and stored it in fridge and we are using it time to time with tea and snacks.
I love how you explain everything and deffinitly am going to follow you. 🙏 Thank you so much. P.s. gonna try other recipies too.
Hi Angela! Maybe you should choose the flavor that she likes best. They’re all delicious and you can decorate them with anything you like like heart-shaped candies, or chocolate covered strawberries. I really like the lemon cupcakes and the peanut butter-chocolate!

Hi, I only discovered your site this morning and I’m really impressed. Already made your Rocky Road and have a pie crust for a cherry pie already in the fridge. I love the alternative measurements and the info on how long to keep in the fridge or freezing time. I have been married for 53 years and raised 3 boys, so you can imagine just how much cooking and baking I have done in that time. Looking forward to trying more of your recipes. Very much appreciate your hard work, I know how time consuming it can be as I use to Moderate for a well known Texas Lady’s blog – not bad for a Scot. xx
