With spring comes a whole new feeling of fresh energy. In Minnesota, the grass turns green and the trees start budding out. Our daffodils and tulips start emerging from the earth and greeting us with their beautiful faces. We also love foraging for morel mushrooms while we explore our state parks every spring.
